About Caroline Bay
Once known as
Morgan's Point, an erstwhile US Naval Air Station Annex in Bermuda where the US military operated until 1995, it was later given out for developing an ultra luxurious waterfront destination and community. And as a result, Caroline Bay emerged - a project that was initiated in 2016 and considered one of the largest developments in Bermuda's history and the only one with such a wide scope since 1980.

Caroline Bay land area is a peninsula on the Little Sound Water Area and is part of Southampton and Sandy's parishes. It is located in the western part of Bermuda... Hamilton City is 25 minutes by car and the airport is 40 minutes away. The peninsula is joined to the mainland by a causeway. It has a huge waterfront of around 5,300 meters which was the main attraction for the developers. Caroline Bay spans across an area of 182 acres.

What is now available at Caroline Bay?
As of March 2022, out of the total scope as mentioned above, the residences and the marina have been completed. The rest are yet to be developed and have been earmarked for future development. Work is still in progress.
The Cove Residences
The residence buildings have been built by the luxury brand Ritz-Carlton Reserve and are designed by the architect firm SB Architects and the interiors are designed by Hirsch Bedner Associates (HBA). Hugging the shoreline of the Little Sound, the homes have been designed with a touch of British Colonial Architecture and island theme while incorporating all the modern amenities that can be expected out of luxury accommodations.
There are two, three and four bedroom luxury apartments each having balconies with glass walls. The price starts from $3.2 Million.

The 4-bedroom ones are penthouses and designed for ultimate luxury. They have open plans designed for relaxing and entertaining.
Indoor living space is 3,174 Square feet and outdoor living is 914 - 1,059 square feet.
They have their own private elevators that open into a large terrace or a grand entry hall that overlooks the terrace and the ocean beyond. The terrace spans the entire length of the apartment.
There are two master suites and two other bedrooms.

Caroline Bay Marina
This is full service marina located within the resort complex at its eastern end. There are 80 berths for smaller yachts which can be purchased by the Cove Residence owners. There are another 30 berths for visiting yachts and these berths can even accommodate super yachts. Services include water, sewage pump out, electricity, fuel and concierge services. The marina is open 7 days a week.
