Broadway Bistro at La Coquille

Earlier known as La Coquille, the restaurant has undergone a name change to become Broadway Bistro. Located in the lower level of Bermuda Underwater Exploration Institute in Hamilton City, this restaurant provides a perfect waterside setting for a fine dining experience. The interior of the restaurant has also been renovated to make a gorgeous look. As you enter, you will come to a lounge. Here you can have a drink and some appetizers as you build your appetite for a great meal.
The dining room inside is air-conditioned and there are many window-side tables. Since the restaurant is located at the lower level of the building and facing the Hamilton Harbor, the water view from the restaurant is exceptional. There is also a terrace where you can dine open air. The terrace also faces the harbor and has an equally great view of the water.
Broadway Bistro also has a dock of its own. So if you so like, you can also reach this restaurant directly from the harbor by a boat. The executive chef Serge Bottelli has won many awards and has been featured as one of the best chefs in the world in a travel channel.
White beans and chorizo soup can be a great way to start. Some of the best main courses here include Grilled Salmon or Scallops, Fresh Fish, Duck Confit which is old fashioned slow cooked, Steak Frites, Traditional braised beef in red wine sauce, Garlic and lemon roasted chicken served with mashed potatoes and French green beans, Frog legs Provencale, or Calf liver and fried onions.
There are some nice choices of desserts as well like Warm and runny chocolate cake, or toffee ice cream Tiramisu in chocolate cup.
The restaurant also has a great selection of wine.

Reservation is recommended. Dress code is smart casual. They accept credit cards.
