Three Graces Day Spa @Newstead, Bermuda
This Spa is located at Newstead Belmont Hill Resort in Paget. It has 3 single treatment rooms, 2 treatment suites for couples, a wet steam room, a hydrotherapy suite, two large relaxation atriums, private locker rooms and men's and women's steam rooms.

Massage
Most of the massages are available for 60 or 90 minutes.
Signature Massage: This is a fusion of Eastern and Western methods. Relieves stress and muscle tension, improve muscle tone and stimulate the nervous system. Great for relaxation.
Couples Massage: Massage for a couple. Uses aromatherapy for rejuvenating.
Hot Stone Massage: Use of healing energy of basalt stone.
Deep Tissue Massage: Deep strokes, acupressure and stretching for stress release and increased flexibility.
Sports Massage: For improving flexibility, release muscular tension and reduce fatigue.
Thai Massage: Performed on floor. This stretching and light pressure massage along body energy lines increases flexibility, relieves muscle tension and provides energized relaxation.
Facials
The spa offers full range of facials. Some of the main facial offerings include
Healing Neem: relief from redness, irritation and blotches
Age Defying Gotu Kola: firming and lifting slackened tissue, prevents premature aging and wrinkles
Presto Facial: anti-aging facial using Grape Must, Honey, Tangerine, Pineapple and Cocoa.
Exfoliation
Full Body Exfoliation: The body is exfoliated under rain shower, then moisturized, ending with a facial and scalp massage. Great skin appearance as dry surface cells are removed.
Supplifying Omega 3: Meant for dry skin. Uses ingredients to soften, moisturize and regenerate skin cells.
Other Services
The Spa also provides nail care services and has a full service hair salon. There is also a fitness center overlooking the Hamilton harbor and having modern Cybex equipment. All offerings are available for both men and women.
