Miles Market Bermuda
It would be a gross understatement to say that Miles Market is just a Grocery store in Bermuda. Located on
Pitts Bay Road at the Waterfront Complex, this Cox Family owned store was established in 1862. It has since become one of the most well known specialty food stores and a landmark in the island. While certainly not a cheap store, Miles Market has been specializing in quality food and professionalism over the last several generations.
So what can you expect in Miles Market?
Miles meat section is probably the best in the island. You will get aged wet and dry beef cuts that are some of the finest. Their poultry products usually come from the Eberly Poultry of Pennsylvania. The specialties include Muscovy ducks, Pekin ducks, pheasants, quails and partridge.
Miles boasts of having the widest selections of cheese in the island which they bring from all over the world. They stock both pasteurized and non-pasteurized varieties. Same goes with wine. They have vast selections and it's quite improbable that you won't find the one of your choice. They have stocks from France, Lebanon, Napa and many other places. They also sell Cuban cigars.
They store fresh and quality vegetables and fruits that are organically produced in nearby local farms. They stock oil of different flavors and tastes including Walnut, Truffle, Herbs etc.
The onsite deli Miles To Go offers picnic food from their take away section. Depending on how you like it, the food can be packed ready to eat or ready to cook. You can also pick up lunch boxes from here or eat at the patio. You get nice choice of dishes including grilled chicken or fish, sandwiches and wraps, fruits platter, smoked salmon and more. They have a good menu.
There is also a cafe at the Miles Market called the Cafe Godiva. You will get cappuccino, latte and the other variations. Try out Trufflecino. It's a coffee mixed with chocolate, and comes in different flavors like caramel, vanilla, hazelnut or toffee.

Monday to Saturday: 7.30am to 7.00pm
Sunday: 11am to 5:00pm
No alcohol sold on Sundays.
